A naked woman spent reportedly one and a half hours sitting on the ledge of a HDB flat on the sixth floor in Toa Payoh last Sunday (June 26), while more than 100 residents gathered to watch.
The 45-year-old woman was eventually pulled to safety by police and SCDF officers and was sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for a check-up.
The police have also arrested the woman for investigation.
A neighbour told reporters that the woman appeared unstable, and often shouted at others for no reason.
The STOMPer said:
"Is she too stressed out?
"Even if she wanted to commit suicide, why must she remove all her clothes?"
